Important Information

If you need to change/cancel an appointment please let us know at least 24-48 hours in advance. We have had an increasing number of clients that book an appointment and decide not to come without notifying us.   When this happens large gaps are left in our schedule which are even more pronounced now that we are booking off time to sanitize the office between clients. We would prefer not to implement a deposit fee at the time of booking so kindly ask that you show consideration by cancelling your appointment with proper notice if you cannot attend.

Please stay well hydrated on the days leading up to your appointment as that can help build the amniotic fluid around the baby leading to improved image quality. On the day of your 3D session please drink 500-600ml of water 30 mins before and let your bladder fill.

Although we do our best to accommodate clients that are late for their scheduled appointment, we may be required to rebook if you are later than 15 minutes so we can remain on schedule.

Rescans due to a difficult baby position are at the discretion of the studio and need to done within two weeks of the initial scan. Due to the high demand for evening and weekend appointments we ask that rescans be scheduled during weekday business hours.
