There is ample free parking in the customer parking lot at the entrance on the west side of the building.

Can I schedule a last-minute appointment?

Yes. We often accommodate last-minute appointments when availability allows. We recommend calling ahead to check availability, especially during busy times.

How early can I come in for my ultrasound?

It depends on the type of ultrasound you’re looking for. Our Belly Bean Early Scan is available from 8 weeks of pregnancy. If you’d like to find out your baby’s gender by ultrasound, appointments are available from 14 weeks. Families hoping to see more developed facial features often choose to visit between 26 and 32 weeks, although memorable images can be obtained both earlier and later depending on your baby’s position and other factors. DNA gender testing is available from 7 weeks of pregnancy.

Can we bring our children to the ultrasound session?

Yes! Children are welcome to attend your ultrasound appointment and share in this special family experience. If you have any questions before your visit, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

What happens if I can’t get a clear image?

While we take our time and do everything we can to obtain the best possible images, sometimes a repeat scan is needed. If we’re unable to obtain clear facial views during a Full Package session, a complimentary repeat scan within 2 weeks is available when a repeat scan is likely to provide improved facial views. If we’re unable to determine your baby’s gender during a Gender Reveal session, we’ll gladly arrange a complimentary repeat scan within 2 weeks.
