Cancellation/Late Policy

We ask that you kindly give us 48 hrs notice if you wish to cancel your appointment so we have the opportunity to fill the time slot.

We will do our best to accommodate late clients, however, if you are more than 10 minutes late we may have to re-schedule your appointment so we can remain on time for the clients booked after you.  Please note, there is ongoing construction on Hwy 7 between Hwy 404 and McCowan Rd. so please allow a few extra minutes in additional travel time or plan an alternative route.

Repeat Scans

Repeat scans at no charge are done at the sole discretion of the sonographer and are offered when the face is completely obscured by overlying  placenta or limbs and applies to full packages only. This does not apply to the gender only package.  If the baby’s face is partially covered by limbs or overlying placenta and most facial features can be viewed, no return free visit is provided.

For all packages that include gender determination, a free reassessment  is offered if we are unable to definitively determine gender.

All free follow-up scans must be conducted within 2 weeks of the initial ultrasound. Payment is due upon completion of the initial session.

Tips:

Stay well hydrated in the days leading up to your appointment.

The day of your appointment, please try and drink 700ml of water 30 min before the session to ensure your bladder is full!
